Bender Rosenthal, Inc. (BRI), is a Sacramento-based real estate appraisal and right-of-way (ROW) firm specializing in ROW planning, management, appraisal, acquisition, relocation, and utility coordination services for both small and large infrastructure projects. The company assists clients by working with them to determine their ROW project requirements, and then seamlessly providing them with the scheduled deliverables on time and within budget.

The firm provides services throughout Northern California (Bakersfield to the Oregon border), and especially in the Central Valley region. BRI or its precursors have been serving clients throughout these areas since 1991.

The company staff includes three MAI-designated appraisers, a ROW project manager in charge (who is also a licensed civil engineer), a Senior Project Manager, appraisal, research and support staff, and additional staff specializing in ROW acquisition and relocation services. Past BRI team experience includes providing appraisal and ROW services on various projects ranging from pipelines, to new expressways/interchanges, to residential development. The fully licensed primary staff completely understand the project development process. Additionally, the firm has completed numerous bond financing appraisals (for Community Facilities Districts and subdivision infrastructure projects), as well as many conventional appraisals of income-producing properties.
