As the largest public works project in California history, the California High-Speed Rail Project presents an unprecedented opportunity to demonstrate efficient right of way acquisition methods, while at the same time delivering fair, equitable and consistent treatment of those affected. BRI is privileged to have provided services on this landmark project.

San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) Mid-Coast Corridor Transit Project
BRI provides On-Call right of way services as needed. BRI currently has 7 project task orders open with SANDAG, the largest of which is for the Mid-Coast Corridor Transit Project, which is an 11-mile extension of the existing San Diego Trolley from north of the Old Town Transit Center to University City. This is the largest infrastructure project in Southern California currently.

Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority Foothill Extension Project
The Gold Line Foothill Extension is an extension of the Metro Gold Line light rail corridor from its former terminus in Pasadena, California, east through the “Foothill Cities” of Los Angeles County into San Bernardino County. BRI is providing full service right of way, as well as encroachment identification and clearance services.
