Bender Rosenthal, Inc. is acquiring all land rights from private and public land owners plus providing land related project management services for San Diego Gas and Electric’s Cleveland National Forest Powerline Replacement Project.  The CNF Project involves replacement and upgrading existing 69kV and 12kV facilities within the Cleveland National Forest and adjoining private property in eastern San Diego County by replacing wood poles with weatherized steel poles that closely resemble wood and undergrounding various 12kV circuits.  BRI is responsible for right of way acquisition of 220 parcels on four 69kV transmission lines and 82 parcels on five 12kV distribution circuits.
