City of Manteca SR 120 / McKinley Avenue Interchange Project
This project highlights BRI’s collaborative approach to project delivery with multiple stakeholders including Caltrans, City Council, and property owners. The Project will impact 28 parcels, three which are owned by the City of Manteca. Sixteen of the parcels will be full acquisitions and 12 parcels will be partial acquisitions. Relocation services will be provided for 11 residential households and one business, a veterinary office.

City of Ontario Mountain Avenue and Holt Boulevard Intersection Widening Project
BRI is providing right of way project management, appraisals, acquisition, and condemnation support for this project to widen the approaches of the intersection of Mountain Avenue and Holt Boulevard in Ontario, California. One of the most interesting aspects to this project was evaluating the frontage impacts to improved commercial properties. The line defining private and public ownership is inconsistent in this project area.

County of Lake South Main Street and Soda Bay Road Corridor Improvement Project
This project involved the appraisal of 66 parcels in order to construct the South Main Street and Soda Bay Road Corridor Improvement Project in order to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety. This project is a prime example of the diversity in property types that occur along a linear project. BRI is currently under contract with the County of Lake to provide right of way services for six bridge projects over the next three years.
